I had a great time at the Big Sur Writing Workshop put on by the Andrea Brown Literary Agency. They did a fantastic job with the conference and I meet some great new people. I loved the one-on-one time with agents and editors.

I went down feeling a bit discouraged about trying to get my manuscript published and I left inspired, encouraged, and with a manuscript request from one of the agents! Yay! I haven’t sent it to her, yet- just need to build up the nerve. But no matter what happens, it was well worth the time to go to such a beautiful place and renew my creative juices.
